Main Dishes, Oriental, Pork Mutton Veal

Sherry Ginger Pork

  • 4 Pork chops
  • 1/3 cup Sherry, dry
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce, light
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Garlic, minced
  • Mix all ingredients except pork.

    Marinate for 1 hour.

    Grill and baste with sauce.
