Chicken Nuggets

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup Cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Chicken seasoning
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cubes Chicken boullion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chicken seasoning
  • Cube 2 cups chicken breast.

    Combine bouillon and 1/2 tsp. seasoning in water.

    Add chicken and soak(refrigerated) for 12 hours or overnight.

    Mix together flour , cracker crumbs, paprika and seasoning.

    Coat chicken cubes and deep fry.
