Bleu Cheese Dressing

  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • Pinch Dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion salt
  • Pinch White pepper
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops Tabasco
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 ounces Buttermilk
  • 3 ounces Cheese, Bleu
  • Crush garlic clove and dice fine.

    Whisk all spices together in vinegar.

    Add sour cream, then mayo and finally buttermilk.

    Fold in bleu cheese, be sure to leave lumpy.
