Egg Batter for Fish

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Canola oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Mix all together and dip and fry.
