Easy Broccoli-Cheese Soup

  • 2 tablespoons Margarine or Butter
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cups Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Plain Flour
  • 1 (15-oz.) jar Ol El Paso Cheese N Salsa
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can Chicken broth
  • 1 (9-oz) package Broccoli, frozen, thawe
  • Melt margarine or butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add carrot and onion; cook until tender,stirring occasionally. Sprinkle flour over vegetables; stir to blend.

    Add all remaining ingredients; blend well. Cook over medium heatuntil thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
