Cornbread Salad

  • 2 small (6oz) pkgs Yellow Cornbread mix
  • 1 large Green pepper, diced
  • 1 bunch Green onions, chopped
  • 1 large Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • 1 cans Whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (3oz) bottle Bacon bits
  • Bake cornbread according to directions,cool and crumble. Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving...DO NOT USE salad dressing.
