Butter Muffins

  • 2 cups Flour, self-rising
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Butter, melted
  • Stir together all ingredients until just blended. Sppon batter into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filling to the top. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes oruntil lightly browned. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
