Loaded Potato Soup

  • 7 cups Potatos, cubed
  • 1 large Onions, diced
  • 1 cans Cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1/3 pound Velveeta cheese
  • Cover potatoes and onions with water, cook until tender. Drain 1/2 water. Remove from heat. Add soups and stir untilmixed. Add sour cream and cheese, stiruntil cheese is melted. May use milk to thin if necessary. I like lumpy potato soup so I remove some of the potatoes before adding other ingredients then addthem back to the pot.
