Apricot Nut Bread
Pour hot water over apricots, let soak for 30 minutes. Mix dry ingredients. Add soaked apricots and nuts. Add orangejuice, butter and egg. Stir until all ingredients are moist. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350º for 1 hour and15 minutes. Test for doneness. (Delicious toasted and buttered) Recipe from Mary Scott, Deer Park TX
