Grandma Doris's Sugar-Free Pie

  • 1 package Instant Pudding, Sugar Free
  • 2/3 cup Non-fat dry milk powder
  • 2 cups Water, cold
  • 1 package Cream cheese, nonfat
  • 1 small Cool Whip, lowfat
  • 1 Graham cracker crust
  • Pudding can be any flavor you choose. Mix pudding, dry milk and water together. Let set to firm up.

    Cream 1 8oz package cream cheese. Add pudding mix to cream cheese. Fold in cool whip. Pour into graham crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs before serving. Or you may serve as a pudding.
