Reuben Deli Sandwiches

  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Horseradish
  • 1 can (14 ounce) Sauerkraut
  • 3/4 pound Corn beef, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • Rinse and drain sauerkraut well. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, mustard and horseradish. Stir in sauerkraut, corned beef and cheese. Spread about 1/3 cup on bread; top with remaining bread. Lightly butter the outsides of sandwiche. Cook on a hot griddle for 4-5 minutes on each side or untilgolden brown. Makes 15 sandwiches.
