Reuben Deli Sandwiches
Rinse and drain sauerkraut well. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, mustard and horseradish. Stir in sauerkraut, corned beef and cheese. Spread about 1/3 cup on bread; top with remaining bread. Lightly butter the outsides of sandwiche. Cook on a hot griddle for 4-5 minutes on each side or untilgolden brown. Makes 15 sandwiches.
