Pumpkin Pie

  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 can Del Monte Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 2/3 cups Evaporated milk
  • 1 Pie shell, 9", unbaked
  • Combine eggs and pumpkin. Blend in sugar, spice, flour and salt; mix well. Add evaporated milk; mix well.

    Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425º for 15 mins. reduce heat to 350º and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
