Pumpkin Pie
Combine eggs and pumpkin. Blend in sugar, spice, flour and salt; mix well. Add evaporated milk; mix well.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425º for 15 mins. reduce heat to 350º and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
