Mexican Mocha Spice Mix

  • 1 cup Cocoa
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Powdered nondairy coffee cream
  • 2 tablespoons Instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Combine all ingredients in a large heavy duty zip top plastic bag; seal and shake to blend. To serve, spoon 1/4 cup mixture into coffee mug and stir in 1 cup hot water. Yield: 20 servings.
