Taco Soup

  • 2 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 large Onions, chopped
  • 1 medium Green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cans Tomatos, Rotel
  • 1 large cans Kidney beans,undrained
  • 1 cans Pinto beans
  • 1 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 1 packages Taco seasoning
  • 1 packages Original Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 cans Whole kernel corn, undrained
  • Brown beef and drain completely. Add onion and green pepper. Saute briefly oruntil veggies are tender. Put all in alarge pot and simmer until all seasonings are blended. At least an hour or so. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh chopped onion, jalapena peppers or any accompaniment you choose. May also be served over rice and or with crushed corn chips.....
