Kentucky Yeast Rolls
Mix together boiling water, lard and salt. Mix together cold water, sugar, andeggs. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix lard mixture, egg mixture and yeast together. Stir in 7 cups of flour more or less. Let rise in fridge overnight. Make into rolls and let rise 4 hours. Bake at 400º
