Party, Pork Mutton Veal

Doll's Country Ham and Pepper Dip

  • 1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Red pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 ounces Country ham, ground
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
  • ~ Melba rounds
  • Place all ingredients except pecans andmelba rounds in the top of a double boiler. Cook over boiling water just untilheated. Stir the mixture to blend evenly. Transfer to an oven-safe pie or quiche dish. Top with chopped pecans. Bake in a hot 350º oven until bubbly hot, about 20 minutes. Serve hot with Melba rounds. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
