Miniature Meatballs

  • 2 pounds Ground chuck
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 large Onion, chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 slices Bread
  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • Soak bread with water and squeeze dry.Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl or pot. Form into small-sized meatballs (about 40), 1/2 inch in diameter. Place in baking pan and bake in 325°F oven for 20 minutes. Drain fat from pan. Keep meatballs hot for serving. Serve with individual toothpicks and accompanying hot barbeque dip and/or mustard.
