Chili A La Billie

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/2 Green pepper, diced
  • 2 cans Kidney beans
  • 1 large can Tomato ( whole )
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Chili powder
  • Mix well; Simmer for 2 hours.
