Southwest Potato

  • 2 large Potato, baked
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter buds
  • Dash Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese, fat-free
  • 2 tablespoons Salsa
  • Slice the portion sized potato down thecenter. Then open it up, and sprinkle with potato buds and pepper. Top with cottage cheese and tbsp of your favorite salsa.
