Microwave Chocolate Pudding for One

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • Pinches Salt
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cups Chocolate chips
  • Combine first 3 ingredients. Add chips. Microwave on high 1 minute until hot but not boiling. Stir. Cook 30 to 40 seconds more or until just beginning to boil. Serve hot or cold.
