Chinese Chicken Wings

  • 3 pounds Chicken wings
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce, dark
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • Combine honey, soy sauce, OJ, ketchup, garlic (minced), and ginger. Cover chicken wings - a good way is in a sealable plastic bag. Bake wings at 375° for about 50 minutes.
