Chicken Doritos
Cook chicken in boiling water, debone and save broth.
Spray casserole dish withPam, line with chips til about 1/4 of the way from top of dish. Layer chicken,then onions (optional), green chilies, cheese.
Mix in a bowl, cream of chicken soup with one can of the chicken broth from boiling chicken. Mix well and then pour over casserole. If casserole doesn'tlook moist enough... add a bit more broth.
Cover with foil. Cook in preheated350° oven for 45 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
