Chicken Fried Steak
Combine flour, salt and pepper on a sheet of wax pepper. Pound steaks until 1/4 inch thick. Dip into flour and then pound as much flour ito each steak as possible. Beat egg and milk in a shallow dish. Dip pounded slices first into egg and milk, then to remainder of flour mixture. Brown slices in hot oil in a large skillet on one side. Turn; cover skillet; lower heat. Cook unti lmeat is tender, about 30 minutes.
