Beef Leban

  • 1 pounds Ground beef
  • 2 small Onions, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup Water, hot
  • 2 cubes Beef bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 can Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Wine vinegar
  • In large skillet cook ground beef, onions and garlic. Cook until well browned. Mix water and cubes and all ingedientsexcept vinegar. Add to meat. Add vinegar and cook until liquid is nearly gone. Serve over rice.
