Southern Succor Rub

  • 1/2 cup Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar, light
  • 1/4 cup Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
  • Combine all.

    Use Hungarian paprika forbest flavor.

    You can use turbinado(raw) sugar in place of brown sugar. It hasa higher burn point.

    Use more or less Cayenne depending on personal preference.
