Apple City Apple Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 medium Onions, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups Apple juice or cider
  • 1 tablespoon Molasses, dark
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Melt butter and saute onion until soft.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Or until your desired thickness.

    Stir frequently.

    Serve warm.
