Chocolate Frosting
Place margarine in mixer bowl and attach beaters. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, milk, cocoa and salt and beat about 2 minutes longer. Reduce mixer speed to low. Add about 1 cup sugar and mix until combined.Increase speed to medium and beat untilsmooth. Continue adding sugar in the same manner until frosting reaches properconsistency.
Yields 2 cups.
