Doll's Kielbasa Casserole

  • 1 Keilbasa
  • 4 medium Potatos, sliced
  • 5 Eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1/3 cups Margarine
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • Slice potatoes and boil until just tender, drain. Slice eggs and kielbasa. Make cheese sauce by melting margarine andcooking flour in it. Add milk and let come to boil. Remove from heat and add grated cheese.

    In casserole dish layer 1/3 potatoes, sausage, eggs and sauce. Repeat.

    End with sauce cover with breadcrumbs. Cook 30 minutes at 350.
