Mama's Oven "Fried" Chicken

  • ~ Chickens, pieces
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs
  • ~ Salt
  • ~ Pepper
  • ~ Oregano
  • ~ Garlic powder
  • ~ Onion powder
  • ~ Cheese, Parmesan
  • ~ Paprika
  • ~ Parsley
  • ~ Mayonnaise

    • In bowl mix any combination of the seasonings that you like with the bread crumbs. Wash and dry chicken pieces. Coat chicken pieces with mayonnaise or Miracle Whip. Dip in crumb mixture to coat completely and place on cookie sheet. Bakein oven at 350 for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
