Mama's Corn Muffins
These muffins will always be tender if you follow these simple directions.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease muffin tin of 12.
Into one bowl measure allthe dry ingredients and mix very well.I use a whisk. In another bowl (I use a large glass measuring cup) mix all wetingredients very well. Add wet to dry all at once and stir just until mixed. Divide between muffin cups. Bake about 20 minutes.
You canbake this as cornbread baking 25 minutes. You can also add 1 cup of blueberries (makes 16)
