Merry's Ham and Cheese Fondue

  • 3 cups Bread, french, cubed
  • 3 cups Ham, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/4 cup Butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard, dry
  • 3 cups Milk
  • Dash Tabasco
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Eggs
  • Butter 2 quart casserole. In bottom layer breda cubes then ham and cheese. Mix flour, mustard and sprinkle over cheese. Drizzle butter over top. Beat eggs and milk. Add tabasco and worcestershire. Pour over layers. Cover and chill at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350. Serve at once.
