Peggy's Taco Salad

  • 8 ounces Sour cream
  • 1 package Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Cheese, Monteray Jack
  • 3 Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 Lettuce
  • Mix sour cream with Taco seasoning. Cut lettuce into shredded peices. In a large casserole or bowl, layer 1/2 lettuce, 1/2 sour cream mix, 1/2 tomaotes, and 1/2 cheese shredded. Repeat layer. Serve with nacho chips. This goes fast. Canbe doubled. To save time you can buy cheese shredded.
