Mama's Blueberry Lemon Muffins

  • 1 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoons Lemon peel
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • In large bowl mix all dry ingredients very well. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients very well. Add wet to dry and stir until just mixed. Add blueberries. Fill well-greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. While warm brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Makes 10 muffins.
