Pork with Roasted Red Peppers & Potatoes
Season chops with pepper. Brown chops in oil, 10 min. Remove. Add potatoes, onion, oregano. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add chops, broth, and peppers. Heat to boil. Cover and cook overlow heat 5 min.
