Spicy Blackeyed Peas
Saute onion, garlic, & spices in oil. Add peas & cut tomatoes. Simmer 20 min., breaking up tomatoes. Add Tabasco, vinegar, salt, pepper. Turn off heat and stir. Serve over rice.
