Lentil and Feta Salad with Basil
Cook lentis in 2 qts. boiling water until soft, not mushy; about 30 min.
Mix lentils in serving bowl with bell peppers, basil, & feta.
Mix dressing ingredients; pour over lentil mixture.
Serve over lettuce leaves; garnish with tomato slices.
