Lasagna

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Onions, chopped
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 small carton Cottage cheese
  • 6 Lasagne noodles
  • 2 cans Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Water
  • 2 cups Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 1 Eggs
  • Brown beef and onions. Boil noodles. Drain beef- return to skillet. Add soup, water, salt, pepper, oregano. Cook until thick. In a seperate bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozarella cheese and egg. In long baking dish, layer noodles, meat and cheese. Cover well. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
