Spicy Chili Seasoning Mix

  • 4 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Ground coriander
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • Combine all ingredients; Store in a airtight container in a cool dry place. Yield 4 batches (20 teaspoons total).

    For chili, add 3 teaspoons in ground beef. Add 2 more teaspoons with tomatoes andbeans.
