Crispy Parmesan Chicken Strips

  • 1 1/2 cups Seasoned croutons, crushed
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan, fresh, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 pound Chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.

    Preheat oven to 450°. Using Dough and Pizza Roller, crush croutons in resealable plastic bag. In 2-qt. bowl, combine crouton crumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic salt. Whisk egg whites and water in a 1-qt. bowl. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture to coat evenly. Arrange on baking stone. Bake 14-16 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with dressing.

    Yield: 4 servings
