Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 3 cups Confectioner's sugar
  • 6 ounces Cream cheese,softened
  • 6 tablespoons Butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • In large bowl, with mixer at low speed,beat all ingredients just until blended. Increase speed to medium. Beat 1 minute, or until smooth and fluffy, frequently scraping bowl. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
