Carrot Pudding

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Raw carrots
  • 1 cup Raw potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Shortening
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, allspice & nutmeg
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Soda
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Nuts
  • Grind potatoes and carrots and mix withother ingredients. Steam 3 hours. Serve with lemon sauce.
