Swiss Cheese Fondue
Microwave Oven Directions: In a large glass bowl combine all ingredients except bread. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in microwave oven. Cook on high setting 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted. If fondue becomes cold while serving, reheat 1 to 2 minutes on high setting.
Crock Pot Directions: Combine Swiss cheese with cornstarch and set aside. Pour wine into crock pot and cook on high setting for 20 to 30 minutes, or until wine is very hot. Gradually add cheese, one handful at a time, stirring well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients except bread. Stir and cook until cheese is completely melted. Turn control to low to keep warm. Use long-handled fondue forks to dip pieces of French bread into cheese mixture.
