Cabbage with Tomato Sauce

  • 1 medium head Cabbage
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) can Stewed tomatoes
  • Food Processor Directions: Insert shredding disc in food processor. Cut cabbage into wedges and remove core. Guide wedges through feed tube to shred fine. Transfer to mixing bowl. Insert slicingdisc in food processor. Peel onions, cut into pieces, and guide through feed tube to slice fine. Heat oil in a large frying pan and saute onions and cabbage. Season to taste with paprika, salt andpepper. Add tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
