Buffalo Wings

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • Wash and clean chicken wings. Cut wingin half at joint. Discard small pointyends and save for soup. Beat egg, water, and 1 tsp oil in mixing bowl. Roll chicken wings lightly in flour, dip in egg mixture, and roll in bread crumbs seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika. Fry drumsticks for about 15 minutes in hotoil until all sides are evenly browned. Turn as needed.
