Sweet and Sour Garlic Ribs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175 °C). In a saucepan, combine the first 8 ingredients. Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat oil, sauté beef ribs and season with salt and pepper. Place beef ribs in a baking dish, coat ribs with sauce and cook for 1 1/4 hours, stirring often.
Yield: 4 servings
