Art's Mom's Sour Cream Coffee Cake

  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • Cream margarine and sugar then beat in eggs. Add sour cream. sift together and then add; flour, baking powder, soda.Add vanilla. Put together rest of ingredients for topping. Put 1/2 of batter in bundt pan. Top with 1/2 of topping.Repeat, swirl with knife, cutting through to bottom. Cook 40 minutes at 350.
