Art's Mom's Potato Salad

  • 5 pounds Potatos, cubed
  • 1 tablespoons Mustard, dry
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Onions, minced
  • 1 cups Celery, minced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Coffee Rich
  • Cook potatoes and drain. Add all the ingredients. Let sit overnight.

    This very different potato salad is a French recipe. Zesty and kind of soupy, the type of potatoes will determine the wetness. This keeps well because of the CoffeeRich.
