Bunny's Carrots

  • 1 pound Carrots
  • 1/4 stick Margarine
  • 1/2 small Onions
  • 7 Saltines, crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Milk
  • Cook and mash carrots. Saute onion in margarine. add saltines, sugar and milk. Mix with carrots. Season to taste. Put in covered casserole dish and bake @350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
