Cathy's Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Milk, sour
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Zucchini, grated
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet
  • Cream first three ingredients. Add and mix well eggs, vanilla and milk. Combine well in separate bowl, all dry ingredients. Add to wet. Add zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9x12 pan. Sprinkle with Chocolate chips. bake at 325° for 40-45 minutes.
