Special K Chicken

  • ~ Mustard, spicy brown
  • ~ Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • ~ Cereal, Special K, crushed
  • ~ Cheese, Parmesan
  • ~ Chicken cutlets

    • Mix 1 part mustard and to 2 parts miracle whip. In separate bowl mix crushed cereal with a little grated cheese.

    Coat thin chicken cutlets with mustard mix then dredge in cereal mix. Saute carefully in margarine until brown and fully cooked.
